Booking with us: Our company requires that each service be booked 48 hours prior to any service required by the client. Once your service is booked, you will be able to modify the time of the service if necessary (this applies rertuns to the airport due to airline delays), if it is necessary to modify the time of return to the airport, the client must notify Available Transfers 12 hours in advance to coordinate your return to the airport at our email: availabletransfers@gmail.com.

Transfers: We are committed to every customer who uses our services to on time all the time. Our service consists of receiving the clients and taking them directly to their private transportation to take them to their destination (hotels, villas or condominiums). Our service includes a bottle of water or a beer (coronita) whichever the client prefers. Our operators are professionals in driving the units and in their behavior towards the client. Each operator has a valid federal license approved by the Mexican government. Our units are 100% insured to respond to any mishap and any situation that may occur during the trip. For all returns from hotels, villas or condos to the Puerto Vallarta airport, reservations must be made 48 hours prior to departure date. The departure time is recommended by the office and verified by each operator to avoid delays according to the roads available for transit and the dates according to the year.

All tours: All our tours include 24 Coronitas beers and 24 waters. Our tours are approximately 5 to 8 hours including the transfer from the hotel, villa or condo to the first activity and from the last activity to the hotel, villa or condo. We have a variety of tours to get to know the gastronomy of Vallarta, its streets, the town and the old town. We have tours to Sayulita and San Pancho town north Puerto Vallarta in the state of Nayarit. We have tours to San Sebastian and its mines. We have food and tequila tours. All tours are already established to be very active and informative. Tours cannot be mixed, the destinations that each tour is intended for and to avoid being monotonous and unprofitable for the tourist.

Day-trips: A brief explanation of what we mean by a city-tour, taco-tour and food tour, to a day-trip. In a tour, the operator or in its case the tour-guide will be with the client for the 5 or 8 hours that the tour lasts. The day-trip and what we refer to is: to take the client to the destination he/she asks for as a day-trip (this applies to Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, San Pancho and Bucerías) and after a few hours return for them to take them back to the Hotel, the villa or the condominium. In the tours and day-trips the operator will provide his telephone number to be in contact with the client for the return. In these cases, communication is very important, and we will try to coordinate everything very well with the client.
